Summer drop-in sports program

Looking for something for you and your kids to do this summer? How about participating in a free drop-in sports program that includes bocce, basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, kickball, and running technique?

The Hamptons Community League is organizing a summer drop-in sports program on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning July 2. Activities are for children in grade 3 and higher and there will be activities for adults too (even some ladies only sessions). Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The information guidelines will give you details about participation and the schedule outlines the dates and times activities are being offered.

The community league is taking responsibility for organizing the first two weeks of the schedule, but we hope that other people in the community will step forward and volunteer to be on-site monitors and coordinators so that the drop-in sports program can continue to be held throughout the summer. You can choose the activity and time slot you’re most comfortable with.
